We would like to hear from you to understand how we can support your wellbeing.

We have partnered with Preventive Health SA to create a City of Holdfast Bay Wellbeing Hub that supports physical, mental and social wellbeing.

We need your help to understand what wellbeing support looks like for you and the community. We want to create better connections with the wellbeing resources the council currently offer and find out where gaps exist that the council can address. This feedback will help create a model for the City of Holdfast Bay’s Wellbeing Hub.
