The City of Holdfast Bay website offers various online services, allowing the community quick and easy access to certain council services.
The options below are aimed at making your interaction with the council easier, whether you're making a payment, lodging a service request, or requesting a rebate for green living.

You can have council news, events, and a map of services wherever you go through the free My Holdfast smartphone app.
You can also report an issue on the spot or make a payment.
The app allows residents on the Weekly FOGO service to quickly check their upcoming waste bin collection and receive reminders the day before bins are due to be collected and the day of.
Visitors to the area will find the My Holdfast app particularly useful as it includes a real-time business directory under the Nearby section.
Under the Nearby icon, users will also find parks, attractions, and council facilities, such as libraries, information centres, and sports clubs.
The search button can be easily customized. Simply tap the screen to toggle between the five categories or turn them off or on.
If users want to make direct contact with council staff, tap on the More icon and select Contact. Here, they will find the council’s email address, phone number, postal address, and Elected Members’ direct contact information.
The My Holdfast app is free to download and available through the App Store or Google Play Store.
Enter “My Holdfast” into the search bar and look for the wave symbol. Then download and use it.
