Digital One on One
The library offers one-hour appointments at both library branches to people that need help with their digital devices. This can include laptops, tablets, and phones.
Digital Help is aimed at a beginner level and covers areas such as Wi-Fi, downloading apps, emails, and filling out online forms.
What you can expect at your appointment:
- We will help you the best way that we can within the hour timeframe. If you need further sessions, these can be booked for you.
- We cannot guarantee that we will solve your problem. Unfortunately, some things are out of our control or expertise. We will do our best to explain all resolutions, or give you information on where you may be able to go for further assistance.
- We will try and assist with minor software and hardware issues for laptops, tablets and smartphones, but we are not an IT support service. If your query goes outside of our scope, then we are unable to assist you.
- Appointments will be staffed by a range of different tutors and are subject to change. Requests for appointments with specific tutors is not possible.
- Please bring all relevant devices and charging cords with you, as well as device passwords such as your Apple ID or Google Account (if you have one) so that we can best assist you.
