All you need is your library card number and PIN. If you are unsure of your PIN, please contact the library or click here to reset your PIN online.

Hoopla
Hoopla allows you to borrow and enjoy audiobooks, eBooks, comics, movies, TV shows, magazines, and music. Most titles can be downloaded to your phone and tablet, so you can stream them immediately.
BorrowBox
BorrowBox is an easy-to-use platform for selecting and downloading eBooks, eAudiobooks, and eMagazines to your PC and mobile devices. It offers a wide selection of titles, including the latest releases, best sellers, and many Australian titles.
Libby by Overdrive
Borrow a wide range of eMagazines, eBooks, and eAudiobooks including fiction, non-fiction, children's, and graphic novels. Libby is compatible with a wide range of devices.
This service includes free iOS, Android & Windows apps.
Emagazines
Good Reading Online is a fun, exciting, and unique Australian magazine and website for helping book lovers, school and library staff, members and students find exactly what they like to read.
Good Reading for Young Adults features new books to read, book reviews, interviews with authors and all the latest on the best books for young adults.
Kid's eLibrary
Enjoy storytime at any time.
Storybox Library contains a virtual reading room where Australian personalities, including Missy Higgins, Kate Ritchie, and Andy Griffiths, read children's stories online. The videos include accompanying home learning activities.
Choose Holdfast Bay Libraries from the drop-down list of libraries (or type Holdfast to jump to Holdfast Bay Libraries), enter your Library card number and PIN and click log In.
Overdrive Read-Alongs have narrated eBooks read aloud in your browser using Overdrive Read.
After borrowing:
- Select Read (In your browser) from your Checkouts page (under your Account) to open the eBook in your browser.
- Then, select Start narration on any page to begin the audio from the top-left.
Good Reading for Kids is packed with information about upcoming new books for kids as well as reminding us of old favourites. You'll find recommended books by age guide from 0-12, interviews with authors and illustrators, plus independent reviews of books for kids of all ages.
You can enjoy our regular children’s programs at any time. At home, you can follow the slides and listen to the songs.
Click in the presentation window or use the left and right arrow keys to move through the slides.
You can make the presentation larger by clicking on the icon at the bottom right of the window.

Gale Research Complete is a unified platform for primary and secondary sources, including over 28,000 journals, 3,000 eBooks, 350 primary source collections across 12 million digitised pages, and over two million literature works.
To access Gale Research Complete, click on the link below and log in using your library card number and PIN.
LinkedIn Learning is a user-friendly, self-paced online training resource that offers expertly presented training courses on a wide range of topics.
To access LinkedIn Learning for web, iOS or Android, click on the relevant link below and log on using your library card number and PIN. If you are prompted for a library ID when accessing the iOS or Android version, enter 'sapln'.

IELTS is the International English Language Testing System, the world's proven English language test. Road to IELTS provides access to free online self-study materials to help you with IELTS General Training and IELTS Academic test preparation.
Ancestry Library provides access to various unique resources for genealogical and historical research. Complete a free online registration so that you can build a family tree and save your searches.
