Raleigh Flats
Location
When she died in 1930, she bequeathed the house to the University of Adelaide. The university sold the property around 1932 to Solomon Saunders, jeweller, financier, and leader within the Jewish community. Saunders redeveloped the land as the current Art Deco flats, then known as Raleigh.
