Pursuant to section 19 of the Local Nuisance and Litter Control Act 2016, Council has provided an exemption to Outside Ideas to undertake works from 4am - 7am from 20 December 2024 on 2 Canning Street Glenelg. This is to allow Farina Contruction to undertake essential work that can not be done during normal business hours due to setting of concrete. The activity will involve concrete pouring. Local residents have been notified, and officers will monitor them to ensure the noise is not excessive.
